Charles Allen Moser, nato nel 1952, è un medico americano specializzato in medicina interna e particolarmente in Medicina Sessuale, con base in San Francisco, California. La sua pratica medica e le sue ricerche scientifiche si focalizzano sulla sessualita' alternativa degli appartenenti alle comunita LGBT, Kinky e Fetish.
E’ noto soprattutto per il lavoro volto a contrastare la diagnosi di parafilia, dispareunia ed ipersessualità come disordini sessuali.

Moser si è graduato in Fisica presso la State University di New York nel 1974, ha ottenuto un Master in Scienze Sociali dalla University of Washington nel 1975 e un Ph.D. dall’Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality nel 1979, istituto presso il quale è oggi professore di sessuologia. Nel 1991 ha ottenuto un MD dalla Hahnemann University.
E’ un medico sociale del lavoro autorizzato, membro dell’American College of Physicians e membro della European Committee of Sexual Medicine. E’ inoltre affiliato alla Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation, dove pratica Mwedicina Interna e medicina sessuale.
Charles Moser è stato consultato come esperto forense in molti casi legali.
Al suo attivo ha circa 70 pubblicazioni scientifiche come autore o co-autore.
